Because every item is custom printed specifically for you when you order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

We will provide a free replacement or full refund if:
  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item or wrong size (different from what you ordered)
  • The print quality is poor
To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order through our Contact page at imotivateofficial.com/pages/contact. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue and we will resolve it immediately.
